We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they are delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure:
The energetic integrity of each crystal and bracelet is maintained
Hygiene standards are upheld, especially for wearable products
Each customer receives a product that has not been previously handled or used

Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is fulfilled or shipped by reaching out to us via WhatsApp at +91 73788 73610. Once the order is fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if an order is canceled before dispatch or in rare cases where the item is damaged during shipping.
In the event of a damaged or wrong item received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will assess the case and process a refund or replacement at our discretion.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Change of mind after delivery
Claims of ineffectiveness of the crystal (as results may vary by individual)
Orders where the delivery was attempted but not received due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
Shipping Issues
We work with reliable courier partners, but in the rare event of a delay or issue during transit, we will do our best to assist. However, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
